The Clarence-Rockland Crush Hockey Association will be holding a Special General Meeting (SGM) on:
- Date: Thursday, August 28, 2025
- Time: 7:30 PM
- Location: Rockland Arena (CIH) - Community Hall
The primary purpose of this meeting is to approve the updated Constitution and Bylaws of the Association. This commitment was made at the last Annual General Meeting and reflects the Association’s ongoing efforts to modernize and improve governance.
Many of the changes are a direct response to the valuable feedback received from members in last year’s survey, especially on the topics of transparency, clarity, and accountability.
We strongly encourage all members, including parents/guardians of registered players, coaches, and volunteers, to attend and take part in this important vote.
